PCL XL error??

    Hi, i am trying to print a microsoft excel spreadsheet that contains about 150 pages (filesize is only about 400kb) but the printer keeps printing stupid heart and smiley symbols. The printer is a Dell laserjat and the laptop is an inspirion i think, both fairly new. I have downloaded the latest driver for the printer but it still wont print. Does anybody have any idea how to rectify this?? The full error message reads:

    PCL XL error
    Subsystem: KERNAL
    Error: IllegalOperatorSequence
    Operator: SetPageOrigin
    Position: 229

    Any help much appreciated i really need to print out this excel file. Thanks.
