COD2 Patch?

    OK I've been told that the patch to sort the lag issue has been released but I've no idea where to download it from, I was told that I just need to turn on my 360 and it should download but that doesn't seem to be working :confused: (and yes COD2 is in the drive when I boot it)

    Anybody any idea's?

    The update that came out is a Microsoft one, not a COD2 one.

    Oh I was told there was one! but if it's the dashboard update maybe that will fix it? if not I'd still like to get it downloaded, any idea how?

    man that was a dash update take out ur disc and turn ur 360 off...it will do it auto wen u sign in next time....the cod patch is tomoro:D

    It did it eventually! after about half a dozen re-boots!!! spent so much time trying to get the damn thing to update I didn't get to play much last night :(

    I did download the demo of marble blast, looks kinda good but it was only during my first game that the update decided to download and boot me out of my console :mad:

    bad news, according to a post on the xbox forums by infinity ward, work only began on the patch today, it won't be ready until around April

    Yeah there was one today but I think that only fixed the save fail issues! Dont think it did anything to do with live!
