BF2 Crashing on me

    My BF2 has decided to stop working. I go into it click on a server and it crashes back to my desktop. It wont install and it wont uninstall either.

    I have an Nvidia Gforce 6200 . Anybody got any ideas ?

    Search yer registry for any mention of BF2. Delete those mentions then try a reinstall. I have to do this with BFv as the uninstall wont work for that game.

    Also, ensure that the reqistry value points towards the correct path. Once ponted tot he correct path, I found that, in BF:V, it would then install the patches to thte correct path, and that i would also corretly uninstall.

    mine always crashes as well... is it ur power supply?

    HAd the same problem a while, it was down to power into the card(i had an adapator on a molex going into the card), once i connected the psu cables straight into the card, i had no more problems. One more thing, what PSU do you have and how many devices in the system?

    I fixed it . I had to completly remove the game using reg edit. Installed it again and it works.
