matlab adsr envelope.

I need help creating an adsr envelope in matlab. it has to be linear. the levels for for the adsr are a=98 d=98 s=36 r=0 I also have slope values foe each 48,56,1,10,47 i.e it would start at 0 head to 98 at a slope of 48, so I pretty much need a hand in equation of the line in matlab!!! please help!!!
