stag party ideas?

Hi,

To cut it short i have to come up with a few ideas for my own stag party!!.My own brother who is co bestman cant be arsed to come up with anything. He is too busy orginising another stag party for his best mate who is getting married a week after me. Is it the norm just to go on a pub crawl or do people prefer some sort of activity weekend. I will be having it in galway.

So any suggestions as i have to call my brother back tomorrow with a few ideas.

Unfortunately cant go on any trips as money is tight as we are moving over to the states in march.

A group of my friends are heading to some adventure place in Mayo for the wkend. Its only costing them €138 for the wkend.

You can do golfing or karting. There's a karting place near Loughrea I think....(List here)

Galway is good for stags, was at one there myself in Oct (Sorry to anybody who got hit on the head with a breast implant). Stayed in a hostel. Cheap as chips and you're only looking for somewhere to crash, so no point in wasting money on a fancy hotel.

But i dont think i can ask people to shell out big money considering most are already heading to the states for the wedding.

Private room, your closest buddies an assortment of drugs and booze...prossies( just put escort into goooogle pick pages rom ireland) pro's will only cost you about 400 each for the whole night.

Thats the idea of a stag, i would of said Amsterdamaged but your strapped for cash...forget about karting or any other boll*x this is supposed to be a stags...do what it says on the tin and enjoy your last night of freedom...dont listen to the girls when they say "oh we had a few drinks..blah blah blah" they get up to crazy sh!t..I know a guy who used to do stripogramms and he could tell ya some stories......

your last night do it in style make sure you have something to feel guilty about

I'm going to a stag in a few weeks and we're going to a place in Wicklow for PaintBall and beer! We're staying over a pub that stays open all night so should be a laugh. Going on the lock all day is sweet but trouble is you always end up losing a few along the way!!

that sounds like a great idea baldiepablo. A nightout on the lock and something like paintball beforehand for a fun activity.

Once that is over i will be having another one in the states with the american side.

I'm amazed your brain cell hasn't died from loneliness yet. Good for you! A medical marvel, and shining beacon of hope to all the other retards out there.

I can *honestly* say I've never seen another unfortunate with such limited cranial function who could reach your level of communication .

Work out the budget that the team are willing to spend, then decide if its going to be away or home, i'd advise away, and maybe somewhere in Eastern Europe, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia

Around 200-300 on flights, 100-150 on accomodation and a few quid spending money, bear in mind most of these places are cheaper than here, steak dinners around 6-7 euro etc. Real cheap drink open all night etc etc.

You could do the lot for 500.

....yeah Prague is brilliant, if you go out side the tourist areas you can get a beer for around 1 euro....brilliant strip bars as well but there pricey but worth...the girls are not just there for show

I'd steer away from Prague and the Dam, due to over popularity, thats why I think eastern Europe would be the best bet, and might be cheaper, A pint of Saku/Le Coq(estonia) is around 50cent, if its not to your taste, try Saku Ice in a bottle, very tasty, and sure why not sample the other local beers.

Estonia especially would offer activities like Lada Rallying, quad racing, snow mobiles, watersports(the jetski type, paintball, clay pidgeon etc.

You'd need someone to keep the team organised as well, nominate the sober lad.

Hell, me and toffeapple will come along and help out
