As an abstract piece it's quite interesting. However, personally I think the foreground is just a little too dark and lacking in detail, and given that it dominates a lot of the space there's not quite enough balance between the light and dark areas. Just my €0.2!

I like it. Nice B&W shot. Maybe a bit more dark at the top and less at the bottom?

Interesting shot...

It's hard to capture this building due to the fencing around it, unless you have a wide angle lens...

I must get around to posting a few pics that I have of this on deviantart...
