    Trip to tipp - No. 2


    1. Who is running the event - ACE High Card Club
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, - Scouts)
    3. Date and Location of event February 24th Grants Hotel Roscrea Co.Tipp
    4. Registration and Start time of event. 6.30- start at 7.30
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc) Yes €5.00
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) By post (pm me for details) by phone-credit card with Hotel, on the door.
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Rebuy etc.)
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc.€20+€5, rebuys/topups €20
    9. Cost of registration - €5
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund- 75%to prize fund/25% to scouts
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool.no
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. blind levels to be posted later.
    13. Starting Chips- 1500
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts.1500- topup 3000

    Please bear in mind this is a charity event, we are not geting paid for it, the redg fee is to cover costs etc.

    Rooms available from hotel - €35pps . pay by credit card for room and ticket.

    Ace high hre delighted to announce that Casa casino Roscrea have agreed to be main sponser of this event.
    Their funds will go straight to the Scouts in addition to the 25% from entry fees/buybacks/topups.
    We are hoping to have spot prizes in addition to the 75% prize money.

    We will be at the vnights team event on sat and will have tickets with us. so comeon and take the trip to tipp.

    We sold a few tickets and recieved a load of promises about the trip to tipp at the team event on sat last. dont forget the challange between boards and poker.ie. will the result be the same a few subs comming in I think devore for culchie ???
    Askaboutmoney wanting to get in on the action with a backgammon international comming from there.
    Dont be shy , take the trip to tipp.
    Remember the b&b is only €35pps while a single room is €49.

    "Ace High announces Bonus chips for Charity Poker Event.


    Ace high are delighted to announce the starting chips will increase for their charity Texas Holdem Poker tournament on Friday week next February 24th in The Damer Court Hotel (formerly Grants Hotel). They have decided the following:

    Initial Chips- $2000
    + Bonus for early purchase of ticket $500
    Rebuys/ Topups $3000

    Ace high feel that this will add to the enjoyment for all players.
    Tickets are available from the hotel , from Dunnes Pub, from our main sponser casa Casio.



    Initial Buy in €20 + €5 redg fee –
    Buy backs in first hour and a half only €20
    Top up at end of first hour €20
    Redg time 6.30pm while cards will be dealt at 7.30 sharp.

    There will be spot prizes during the night.
    Grants hotel have arranged a special deal of only €35ppsharing B&b for those playing in the tournament.
    Entry is by ticket only.

    Min One Re-Buy - 20
    TOTAL FOR US POOR STUDENTS: 80 per person.
    (petrol - 50)

    ntlbel, the travel tipme will depend on the time you leave.
    once you get past the roadworks outside dublin etc about 1 hour/ 1.15, the time will be geting to there.
