Router blocking web requests

I have a Linksys WRT55AG Wireless A&G router and have it hooked up to my NTL cable modem. I am currently only using Windows Firewall cos Core Force just became a pain in the ass cos it locks everything down way too much and even asks every time an app accesses a file even though I've given the app permission.

I have setup WebGuide3 which is a Windows Media Center plugin to let you schedule recordings remotely. I have it setup and running in IIS v5.1 and it works fine when I access it locally using http://computername:81/WebGuide3
but not when I try to access it remotely using http://frankgrimes.bounceme.net:81/WebGuide3 which is using no-ip.com to handle my dynamic IP address by assigning it to a static name. I've tried turning off the firewall and using the actual literal IP address aswell, but no joy.

I disconnected the router and hooked my cable modem directly to the PC and it worked fine then when using http://frankgrimes.bounceme.net:81/WebGuide3, but not when using the IP address. Still didn't work when I reconnected the router.

I have port 81 forwarded to IP address 192.168.1.100 (i.e the PC's address) in the Port Forwarding settings of my router, but it still doesn't work.

Am at my wits end  with this one so any help would be much appreciated.
