Yesterday I bought one of those 15 euro satellite finders only to find that it doesn't come with a length of cable and F-connectors. I don't have any F-connectors handy, so now I have to wait untill the shops open again to buy one.

Is this standard practise? The last time I bought an el cheapo sat-meter it came with a 20 cm length of wire with f-connectors mounted on each end.

It shouldn't be a problem, I have loads of CT100 cable lying around (from a previous project which never got off the ground :D), so all I have to do is buy a pair of f-connectors for a euro or so. But thanks for your kind offer!

The cable that comes with them is poor quality and somewhat short to avoid having the Satfinder close to front of dish.
