    The AMD processer support forum has been attacked with the WMF exploit, I would advise anyone not using SP2 or firefox to get them now and stay away from the site until it is fixed.

    Its a nasty virus that disguises itself as a Windows process, an AMD isnt the only site infected so be careful;)

    SP2 or firefox won't protect you. You need the specific patch installed to be safe.

    If you turn on DEP (data execution prevention) and get a hosts manager and set the host file to "Read Only" it prevents it.

    Also run this:

    http://www.grc.com/wmf/wmf.htm

    It checks for MICE (Metafile Image Code Execution) If it has been disabled or fixed with a windows patch your safe;)
