PeerGuardian / Adium -- possible conflict?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had trouble logging onto MSN or other messengin networks using Adium after installing PeerGuardian; specifically, I'm asking because PG caused me grief when I couldn't access sites which it deemed "bad". I'd understand if it was pr0n. But Penny Arcade? Anyhow, just looking for config…
