Flash Nokia 6230i

I've unlocked a 6230i from O2 and have put a Vodafone ready to go SIM in it. Is it possible to flash this phone to get rid of the O2 screens etc. on it. Also I presume I can change the GPRS and MMS settings, any ideas on quickest way to do this? (I know this all sounds very lazy, but the phone has been locked in work over…

just go to mprc in sandyford.they will do it for free
