    Do you need to wash them out?

    I have a big problem with recycling them.

    It is next to impossible to clean them out.

    Just fill them with water & let them soak for 10 minutes before rinsing.

    Soak them with a bit of washing up liquid and use one of them wirey brushes:) I love seeing posts like this, makes me think all my efforts of recycling actually make a difference when I see others make the effort too:)

    unless you are using water again you are casuing more waste. Adding washing up liquid makes it worse. Resuse the the washing up water would be good using rain water on its own is better.
