Issues with Skybox

I have Sky for over a year now and never had any problems but in the last two weeks the volume control from the remote does not seem to work. I thought that the remote was on its way out and bought another but this is the same. Both appear to work fine for every function except the volume control and teletext(which both worked fine until recently).

    Anyone come across this before?

PS: Also getting programmmes showing up in white on the EPG!!!

The volume controls TV , not Digibox.
    Consult ICDGopedia on reprogramming remote.

    Did you change the TV?

Also if you are slow on a battery change the Remote "forgets" the settings to work your TV.

Does TV work with its own remote?

    check your digibox volume settings

    press
    services
    system setup
    sound settings

Not really relevant, Pal, as the Sky remote never changes the Digibox volume and the teletext also is a TV function, not a Sky Digibox function. The TV is not recognising the the remote. It isn't a digibox problem.

programmes showing with a white background in the TV guide mean you have either audio description or subtitles turned on or to highlight programmes that have AD or Subtitles. Check the settings in Laungage & Subtitles in the Services section
