iTunes error 69

The baby sis got an ipod the other day (against my advice)

while trying to transfer files to the library it hung a couple of times, then when trying to d/l the files to teh player it hung a few more times and popped up an error 69 a few times.

anyone know much about it?

my sis reckons that my hatred of all things apple was readily apparent to her new ipod so it wouldnt cooperate w/ me, i somehow doubt htis
