serious lag issues with ebay

anyone else having problems with ebay? i can barely connect to the site at the minute. its been up and down for the past few days. pinging irishbroadband.ie @ 10ms download speed test from heanet @ 255kBs try to conect to ebay - not a chance. anyone know if its a site issue or an ibb issue?

irish broadband, it has been like that for months and they still have done nothing. gmail is brutal too. I use eircom at home and have no problems at all.
