Can I get some information??

My Korean friend is going to visit Dublin in Feb from S.Korea.
She wants to know there is a place to rent a mobile phone in Dublin airport.
And she also wants to know where is a cheap but good inn for staying one night comfortablly on Busaras st.
Unfortunately, I know nothing about this so I couldn't help her.
Would you help me please? or should I ask this to other forum?
If I asked on wrong forum..I'm sorry but I don't know where I can get this information.

I don't think there is any mobile phone rentals at Dublin Airport - there is a Vodafone store though, where she could pick up a cheap pay-as-you-go phone and use the number she gets with that?

Isaacs Hostel is very close - and has single rooms. http://www.isaacs.ie/. If she can afford more they also have a hotel - again, it's very close to Busarus
