Is there such a thing as free VOIP? I heard someone talking about it one day. They said all you need to do is to get the hardware and the incoming cals will come in on your normal phone.

yeah blueface do a pay as you go option. You get and 076 number The calls come in on your phone and you buy credit for outging calls. No outgoing calls no credit used.

I think smart also do it.
