I'd have raised one more BB pre-flop, bet more on that flop, maybe half to 3/4 pot and then re-raised all-in after his re-raise. Although I'd say the outcome would have been the same. Even though it would have all gone in when you were a huge favourite. I doubt he could have got away from AA here, but I don't know how good he was.....

    Had you min-raised pre-flop before??

P.S. You could have folded to the river bet, possibly, need more info to say this...

I probably would've folded after the river. Possibility of him having a straight was too much, but it's easy to say that from here. I hate 3 kings anyway, always get me in trouble!

Im sorry but when I know I have the best hand and he just called your raise pre flop putting him on a decent hand Im going all in, I'm not leaving the odd chance that he'll catch what he needs, straight/flush etc etc. that said going all in would have probs never got him off the hand. and the outcome would have been the same.

Certainly would have given him more to think about tho.

This is something that players say often.
If you KNOW you are behind with no chance to improve don't call.
You still have around $900 left.
One double up an you are back in the hunt.

Bet far too little preflop, on the flop and the turn. I hink calling his flop raise is fine as long as you lead the turn. I dont like the check min-raise one bit. Min raising is giving him a cheap card with a huge draw on the board. I would have reraised his turn bet all-in.
