Maybe dish alignment. If it is a Pace 2500 series maybe a faulty tuner module.

GO Services | Setup | Signal

If signal and quality bar is less than 50% it may be dish alignment.

If Signal is nearly full and quality low it is interference.

If it madly changes and dish is not moving in breeze, then it is tuner, especially it you unplug box at mains for a few hours and then it is perfect for about 5 minutes after reconnection.
