Just thought i'd make a list of the top 10 constructed cards in each rarity in Guildpact:

    Rares:
    1) Stomping Ground (best dual land)
    2) Godless Shrine (2nd best dual land)
    3) Steam Vents
    4) Burning-Tree Shaman (this guy is ridiculous)
    5) Ghost Council of Orzhova
    6) Rumbling Slum (ridiculously fat guy)
    7) Orzhov Pontiff (nice control card, could make G/B/W viable)
    8) Ulasht the Hate Seed (not sure about his playability yet, but seems a strong aggro card)
    9) Quicken (i reckon this card will be muy useful)
    10) Leyline of Lifeforce (excellent sideboard vs MUC)

    Uncommons:
    1) Mortify (as ridiculous as its putrefying brother)
    2) Savage Twister (amazing mass removal)
    3) Skarrg, the Rage Pits (great in R/G aggro for giving rumbling slum trample)
    4) Plagued Rusalka (Could work well in an Orzhov weenie deck)
    5) Gruul Guildmage (nice in an aggro deck)
    6) Izzet Guildmage (combolicious)
    7) Shadow Lance (controversial, but it could make B/W weenie viable)
    8) Gelectrode (someone's got to make a r/u ping deck)
    9) Shattering Spree (Going to be great in vintage but should make a splash in standard too)
    10) Dryad Sophisticate (good if mono green ever returns)

    Commons:
    1) Scab-Clan Mauler (great in aggro decks everywhere)
    2) Tin-Street Hooligan (a great 2 for 1, counter jitte and pithing needles)
    3) Silhana Ledgewalker (extremely hard to deal with, pump for annoyingness)
    4) Mourning Thrull (B/W weenie niceties, combos well with shadow lance)
    5) Wild Cantor (Nice fixing for all the multicolour decks out there)
    6) Infiltrator's Magemark (not sure if it has a deck it can call home just yet, but a great card, seeing as the only playable wall is carven caryatid)
    7) Cry of Contrition (See B/W weenie)
    8) Shrieking Grotesque (yet another B/W weenie card)
    9) Wee Dragonauts (a nice finisher in Izzet decks)
    10) Pillory of the Sleepless (lovely bleeding card)

I reckon its fair to say that gruul did fairly nicely out of the whole thing, with orzhov coming a close second and izzet doing fairly terribly all in all.
    Anyone have anything to add?

Just random cards that could potentially have a deck around them:

    1. Killer Instinct (apprently Leashing is t3ch in this deck :) )
    2. Sky Swallower in some sort of cruel Donation style deck (I was thinking Lich's Tomb but that's 5D :( )
    3. Predatory Forays for the Win. I suppose Infiltrator's magemark too depending on what else you can get in.
    4. Cryptwailing (I mean 1:discard a card??)

    ---

No leyline of Singluarity or the Black one?

    @Dryad: Mono-green, in a stated multi-colour block?

@Quicken: Enter Sorcery Speed Drawing = Tidings.

Killer Instinct has a nice Synergy with Greater Good i guess, but its a bit random for my liking. you could throw in Sensei's Divining Top for the win, but its a bit rickety. Sky Swallower could be fun, and almost even playable were Mortify and Putrefy not in the format. Im seeing him in a Ghostway deck myself ;). Quicken is a very good constructed card, mostly for things like Blaze, Tidings, Pyroclasm etc, but i dont classify it as a bomb and i reckon it'd be pretty hard to trade away. Predatory Focus is nice, but if you have enough damage on the board to win in one turn, then you should be winning enough anyway. Long story short, Umezawa's Jitte is better :D. I like cryptwailing as well, but discard decks in the format only really need Hypnotic Spectre, Ravenous Rats and Shortfang. For 4 mana initial investment, you don't get enough of a board presence.
