I downloaded this to see if I could transfer video content to my PSP.

I've downloaded it 3 times and installed it but it won't open on my computer!!!

All I'm getting is a message saying it can't open or someting like that!!!!

Any of you knowledgeable people know what I can do to get this working??

What OS is you PC running? And give us the exact error, that may help a bit!

    I've got XP!

I will check the exact error when I get home but it's something like "operation failed to open, error *bunch of numbers* click ok to close"

Ok, I'm running XP Professional Version 2002 and the errror showing up is.....

'The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.'

    Any help please?
