Outlook Express Mail Forwarding Issue...

    Ok, I have a user who is using Outlook Express, sending mail on a clients behalf. If I had my way I'd have them use Outlook 2003 but for some stupid reason they have to use express...

    Anyway, here's my question -
    This user has a nice HTML signature/closing info. All is good there.
    However, say he sends a mail to someone, they reply, then my user forwards this mail to a third person, his nice HTML sig is lost... the pics are gone but his contact info remains...

    I know its something really stupid, but I cant put my finger on it...

    ok, found the answer for anyone who wants to know -

    tools - options - security
    Deselect the option to "block content being download etc"
