Hello guys im involved in brazilian jiu jitsu and was pondering what exactly would happen if the following were applied to their fullest
this a kimura shoulder lock the arm is twisted at the shoulder joint

the second image is a choke whereby the carotid arteries are prevented from flowing resulting in unconciousness, how dangerous is this ? and would being repeatedly choked out (4 times a week) be detrimental to ones health?
