Quick question - blog style news update page

Basically, I need to get something that the band can just update their latest news into and it'll do it's own thing, without them having to change the page.…

Basically, I'm looking for a way to create a blog style appearance to a website 'News' page for a band.

The page has a navigation banner on top and that's about it.

Basically, I need to get something that the band can just update their latest news into and it'll do it's own thing, without them having to change the page. Old entries will automatically go further down the page (maybe even archive every 10 or so)

Is setting up a blog and embedding it the best way to go? Or is there a way I can design this myself? I am alright (if slow at HTML) so I tend to use Dreamweaver.

Any suggestions?
