Torx hex screwdriver bits or even Torx screwdriver sets aren't exactly uncommon. Pretty much any DIY store or hardware shop will have them. The only problem might be in getting the really small ones used in electronic equipment, but even then I've not had any trouble getting them here. Is there any reason why you want them in 'key' form?

McQuillans on Capel St. had a set of small torx in one of the bargin bins before chirstmas - worth a look. They should have a full price set too. Try the shop across the road from them and the one down the lane beside Lenihans - IIRC Goughs? - a little more expensive than the shops on Capel Street, mainly because they don't do cheapo tools.
