.NET Framework 1.1 causing crashes?

    My system has been very stable up until i installed .NET Framework 1.1.
    Beta 2 i think auto installs with windows update but is not compatible with the BF2CC admin tool we use for our BF2 server so i had to go back to 1.1
    I could be clutching at straws here but ive got 2 crashes since going back to 1.1,could this cause asystem crash?
    Around the same time i disabled system resotre as some have suggested your pc runs better without.
    Typical,as soon as i disable system restore i get forst 2 crashes in months.

    Did you install the service pack for 1.1?

    1.1 and 2.0 should install as seperate entities. (thats just from checking windows updates, which will install 1.1 even if 2.0 is installed). Someone here will probably know exactly :)

    Yeah i just installed service pack for 1.1 after i posted here.
    Could it have been crashing the system guys?
