I know there's loads of these out there, but looking for people's recommendations to allow people to sync folders on their local windows machine to ones on the network and vice versa.

Something with a configurable GUI so they can select multiple folders for syncing up.

    Hi,

I use one called ViceVersa, I think you may have to pay for it now, I got it when it was shareware... it's quite good, i use it for Sync'ing folders on my laptop with particular shares on our network. It has various featurers, you choose a souce folder and a destination folder and it will show you the difference between the 2 locations, then you can choose to sync them. works quite well.

A few of us in the office use it and everyone thinks it's good, people typically Sync their MyDocuments folder onto the server for back up once a week or so.

Hope this helps.... maybe you can still get the shareware version off tucows.com??

Try SyncToy, assuming that you have XP, its from Microsoft so its bound to go up in smoke ;)

    It available from here:
