Was out snowboarding for my first time this weekend (really loved it had a great instructor - after a two hour lesson was doing linked s-turns by the end of the day on blues) and am just curious as to whats the average speed that that most people end up going at on the average blue or green? I know this is a bit of a subjective question...

Snowboards don't usually come with speedometers, so I've no idea. I'd estimate about 10mph? It always feels much faster when you're actually on the board. If you're going faster than 10mph on blues, it's time to hit the reds.
