    Howaya,

    My job offers 'aid' in the form of paying for fees etc.. I'm just curious how many companies actually encourage this? I'm starting a part time course and have asked HR if i'm entitled to any benefits from the company, i don't really know what my chances are as i have never asked before and don't know anyone personally who has gotten it:confused:

    I work in a customer service role and the course is a Diploma in Psychology if that helps:v:
