how do i delete things from the address bar on internet explorer? like when i type in a letter and everything beginning with that comes up?

If you are using FireFox it's Tools -> Options ->Privacy -> History -> Clear Browsing History now. If you have FireFox and it's version 1.5 it's just Tools -> Clear Private Data or Ctrl + Shift + Delete if you wish.

There is always a record on your system even if you do these procedures whether it be IE or FF. Best thing if it is offensive material is just simply not to view it at all.

You should really go Internet Options and then select:

(1) Delete Cookies
(2) Delete Files
(3) Clear History.

(1) and (2) are most important. You can get software to view stuff checked from hard drive registry, so until you wipe ur hard drive it will never be gone:p
