    well currently on btireland 1 meg and living fairly close to the exchange ,actually living closer than shinzon yet he got his upgrade on the first day!

    but when i check my router and do speed tests , no speed upgrade happened yet :confused:

    same here, dennehys cross exchange in cork....

    can i ask you to check something? on your 'my account' on BT, go 'to my orders', and then 'my products'. any products listed here?

    i dont have anything, i was wondering if this was the source of the problem?
    (long shot i know... but the only shot i have left)


    edit: looks like everyone thats having trouble (source: Who/where hasnt been upgraded yet?(thread) ) appears to be on BT....
