You could start by spelling apology properly.

And learn how to capitalise, and generally know how to write English...
(Yes, I know you really shouldn't start sentences with the word 'and').

You forgot to get a customer a taxi ? Where exactly do you work ?

Your boss made you buy a gift for a customer because you didn't get them a taxi?

    Quite...odd.

Why don't you just give the customer the gift, without writing about it.

I don't think MS Word will be enough to correct your spelling :o

Can't read, can't write, can't call a taxi and still has a job. Employers must be desparate for staff. Evidence of the need for more immigration if any is required.

    Sorry if that sounds harsh.

    how about...

"I'm very sorry... that you're too bloody lazy to call a taxi yourself, you festering wagon."

The perhaps the small gift could be a molecule of common sense?

I worked in this taxi company for 2 years, started out as a short term thing but then stayed for over 2 years.

i Left This time last year for a Factor or reasons :

    1. depression
    2. Sleep patterens were Shot to hell
    3. no social life
    4. constant harrasment
    5. verbal Abuse night after night.
    6. one night i was told i was a "marked man"

also, I have heard aprox 15 stories of people writing reviews of taxi companys for the Irish times, and if i didnt get them taxis, my company would get a bad review.

i have yet to see a review of a taxi company in the irish times, and i've been buying it every day since i was 16.

so remember folks, next time you go into town, and deside to call a taxi...

People wo are abusaive, usually have to wait for a taxi,

people who are polite, usually get theres bang on time.

    :D

Unfortunately the customer is always right even when they are wrong and a complete pain in the hole as well. As long as they are paying. Once they cease paying then they become wrong.
