NTL MMDS box help screen - what do the numbers mean?

I have the old (large) NTL MMDS silver box.
When I press the "help" key on the remote, I get a screen with a list of numbers on the far right.

I guess one is the FW release, what about the rest?
I think one must be signal strength or SNR.

I have a problem which might be due to insufficient signal strength, every so often the picture freezes (for about 2~3 seconds) then carries on.

Happens on all channels, or at least the ones I watch frequently.
Also, when changing channels with the remote, sometimes the picture never appears, just get a black screen, no audio. Anybody else get this? Can usually recover by either going up one channel, then down or else type the channel number manually.

Found an old post with similar problem, said it was due to the remote. However, I have two boxes, both remotes have the problem.

The delay when changing channels is a pain, but I think they all suffer from this problem.

We get this problem quite frequently on our standard (cable) NTL Install. It has improved in recent months but the problems you discribe still happen on occasion, and sometimes it goes away if I unplug the NTL box and plug it back in again.
