I'm getting confused with H4 and H7, its been so long since I changed my front bulbs.

H4 is the 3 connector, which has dipped/main beam in the same bulb, correct? It's for a 1999 Rover 214

That's right. Cars with separate bulbs usually have H1 and H7.

    Cheers.
I bought some of those cheap cr4p bulbs on eBay ... 6000K. They don't last long but they do give a way better light. Sure they're only a tenner, when they blow ill get some proper Philips ones
