    This is something I've just noticed after countless late nights, and early mornings! :p

    At 7am he's on Ireland Am, Fresh as a daisy! Reading the news, talking about how great it was at the Brandywell last night, and sipping wine with some ponce out in the garden!

    At 5, he's on the sports desk again... talking about St Pats...

    And again, he's live at 12am on Sports Tonight, with matchsticks holding his eyes open! :p

    Do they ever let this man sleep?! ;)

    He watches TV3's programming whenever he's not on camera so he gets a good 23hours sleep per day.
