Data Recovery Company

Can anyone recommend a company that will recover data from a hard disk with a hardware fault. I've tried a number of programs but none will work. They can all detect the drive but none can read it, all come back with diffferent errors like cable fault, bad sector, partition table etc. The hard disk does not make any of the normal sounds you would expect from a working hard disk just a little hum
Searching previous posts there was no mention of any Irish companies only ones based in the UK.
The data is very important to me so I will not be trying any DIY fixes
    Thanks
    Jim

hi there you can try CBL Tech in the UK, Ive used them once or twice with sucess, they will tell you what they can recover and then you can decde weather you want to go ahead or not then, if you decide not to there is NO charge

I first used ontrack in the UK also and they claimed they could not retieve any data from the disk but CBL came out winners and got back all the files :) !
