    im considering buying a fender american jazz standerd and i was wonderin wot they are like to play and what colur to get it .in in music store it said you can get it in orange sunburst but there was no picture so dose anybody have a pic

    I think the Jazz bass is one of the finest designs of the last 50 years, I love them. They're suitable for any style of music, exceptionally comfortable, jsut great.

    i disagree fender no longer make good guitars, id recommend an Ibanez, for the same price you could get one of the SRX models, excellent sound and durability, definitely worth a try at least!

    Is there anywhere where you can get a 5 string jazz bass with a maple neck and ebony block inlays without going custom shop want one so baddd and i cant find one anywhere.

    Get a Mexican Deluxe 5 and add one of these, just sawp the parts off the Mex neck and you're sorted :D

    No 1 tats hastle i say mucho hastle, and no 2 i cant find any kind of fender jazz bass 5 strings absolutly anywhere, O yea doc i reently came into some money so what ya think a music mas sub 5 or a warwick corvette duble buck 5 string?

    Though I'm not a big fan of Stingrays in general I have yet to hear anything bad about the SUBs. If you like it, go for it.
