Dell Tech support closed on Saturdays..?

Just called Dell Support .. 1:00 pm on a Sat and they are closed .. that wasn't allways the case was it? Calling 1850 543 543

Trust me - its just as well, as their tech support is more useful when its closed :mad:

hard disk gone in me laptop .. should be under warranty still.. have to wait till Monday to report it .. *sigh*
