Learning Keys

Hi, I'm taking music for the L.C., and need to learn off a fair bit for composition etc. What is an easy way for learning off the sharp and flat keys ? Is there an easy method for remembering or is just a case of doing it by heart? Any help appreciated.

Sharp Keys:

Good
Deeds
Are
Ever
Blooming
F#lowers

Flat keys:

Fine
Bbands
Ebnter
Abny
Dbecent
Gbig

If that isn't enough look up the circle of fifths!
