its just past the road named chelmsford lane, you will see a bank of ireland on the left, and its on your right hand side, theres a big green sign on the building.

thats if your coming from the canals

Parking can be crap tho.

Parking on the next two lefts after Chelmsford Lane. Never have a problem there.
