Belkin wireless router/modem with BT BB

Does anybody have a problem when they turn the router off that it takes ages for the router/modem to get a connection from BT.

Hi, im using a zyxel rouer/modem and it takes over 5mins to log in, not too sure what the problem, but i think its a problem with the router.
