Skype Smartphone for WM5 Mobiles

Does anyone know when there will be a release for Smart Phones running the WM5 platform ?

As the current offering is only for PPC

no way to get enough bandwidth here anyway unless your using wifi. What wm5 device is it?

it's only a 200mhz cpu, try it and see, might work on wifi, but the cpu might not handle the load.

Yeah was looking on another forum that Skype are developing a smartphone beta version.

For Processors such as that although the 195MHZ CPU is dual core and was bench marked better than some of it's pocket pc brothers...

skype seem reluctant to get thier software running on sub 400mhz smartphones, so...screw them, get woize, works a treat on my SP5
