I looked hard at the .70 engine truck last year, when they cost a lot more than this one.
Didn't go for it mainly because in the back of my mind I had the niggling idea that a bigger stronger unleaded engine buggy only cost about 150 more....
In the end I took the cash and blew it all on this :)

So end 2005 still no truck for me :p I'm keeping a eye out for a nice "post-xmas-unused-present" trade-in. One is sure to pop up. :)

That just might have something to do with it ! ;)

Nothing inside so far ...all my nicer models are bought bit by bit. I usually buy a component every month for one model or another. So far the L-39 has a Moki carbon fan, a Mega brushless motor, and a Kontronik Beat 50A speed controller.
I still need servos, including a good one for the elevator, and receiver.
So they are still on the to-be-got-list ....unless a presently flying model happens to crash in a terminal way (something I am not planning to do!) and releases the "innards" all in one go.
I'd say later this year I'll get it on.

Ya, I do more or less the same.

Was looking at some thing similar around end of summer. Was tired of my styker... put it on my "have to get list" so whos knows maybe next winters project.

That is the HET one. I looked long and hard at that but didn't nibble in so far. There is a similar but bigger jet in the process of going to market in Germany at the moment and I decided to see it too first.
Meantime, I've got lots of building to keep me happy when it's raining ... for a while anyway.
