Send him a message using the ebay message system, asking him to respond using that. Indicate to him that you are afraid that his email may have been stopped by your Spam filter. That way at least you can rule out your SPAM filter, or any potential problems with his email.

Give a link to the item or the sellers name. The item may not be visible so get the ebay number and we can find it. 3 days is nothing

The majority of people on Paypal outside of the US have unconfirmed addresses as Paypal have little process in place to confirm addresses.

I had this before from a seller in the UK (along with the "What do you mean you don't have a postcode?"). Any chance your name/address is in the phone book? Luckily, mine is. I directed him to www.goldenpages.ie and told him to click on the link for the Phone book (on the right). He then sent it.

to get a paypal confirmed address log into paypal and then you basically pay a 1.50 charge to your credit cared. when you get your credit card bill the debit will state paypal and a code, and you basically stick the code thats on the cc bill into your paypal a/c and its that easy. also you get a 1.50 discount off your next purchase with paypal so it doesnt actually cost you anything

That is the expanded use programme which is a requirement to become Paypal Verified. This is not the same thing as having a confirmed address. Paypal state on their Help pages
    Paypal wrote:
PayPal uses an Automated Verification system to verify credit card billing addresses that are entered in the system. An address is Confirmed if it is associated with a credit card or can be independently verified by PayPal. Gift recipient addresses and addresses associated with a Switch/Maestro or Solo debit card cannot be confirmed. Currently, our system cannot verify most non-US credit card billing addresses.

    ---

Delivery to a confirmed address, however, is not necessarily a requirement for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy since not all PayPal users are able to confirm their addresses. An Unconfirmed Address is not necessarily fraudulent but is sometimes inconvenient for legitimate buyers. If a transaction is eligible for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy, a seller must send to the address found on the Transaction Details page (regardless of whether that address is confirmed or not).

Which effectively means that having an unconfirmed address is almost meaningless.
