College Grant

    I'm not a parent but since I'm not long out of college I was asked by a concerned parent what the cut of earnings point for the College Grant will be this forthcoming year. I'm at a loss I'm afraid.
    If anyone can post up some information that might help I'd appriciate it.

    Those aren't usually published til the summer afaik,
    it depends on whether or not the student is attending in a local area or has to travel, and if grant is coming from the Council or the VEC, i think it varies from college to university etc but I think it's the same amount.
    This page from Wexford Co Co could give an idea of the various cut off points,

    Get em to give their local Council or VEC a shout they should be able to put em straight.
