Hand that knocked me out

I was playing a live tournament last Sunday. It was down to the last 4 tables. I had 40,000. SB 4,000 BB 8,000 ante 500.

SB has decent stack of about 80,000(Very conservative). BB has is chip leader in tourney, with a huge stack (not really sure his style but seems to be minding his chip like a baby).
I'm in semi late position; everyone has folded around to me. I look down and see J10H. I flat call and the Button with slightly more chips than me flat calls (aggressive, could raise with any 2 cards).

    FLOP: 10,2,A rainbow.
SB & BB check. I go all in on the basis; I only have to get by the button, as I don't put the others on anything and certainty not an A.

Button calls the other 2 fold and he shows packet 2's.
I don't hit and am out of the tourney.

What should I have done differently?

    Preflop push>fold>>>>>>call.

You cannot limp this hand preflop with the given stack & blind sizes.

i agree i don't know why i didn't push preflop. even if the button had called me. I would have been slight favourite to win (i think)
