I've used a place on the Lr Drumcondra road, beside Spar,for an A4 sized print I think it was around 20 odd quid, it really depends on the frame your getting. He took his time about it too, about a week. I mount my own now, I found that it's really not value for money to pay for a mount unless I'm going for a fancy one, I bought my self a mount cutter last year for 100 quid sterling that basically does the same thing as he did.
