Dell Aio 920 Black Cartridge won't print

I've tried all the help/troubleshoot menus - according to the screen the black cart is half full, but it won't print out at all. Any ideas?

I've had similar problems in the past with Dell 920 cartridges....
If its only partially printing, clean the heads 2 or 3 times... you might start to see some improvement.

If it doesn't and hasn't printed at all it could be a dud cartridge. It happened to me a while back, I just rang up got put on to head of tech support (eventually!) and they sent me out a new cartridge.
