    not sure if this is the right thread

    i've been offered a white squire stratocaster for €230 it was made in japan and its serial code indicates its been made in 98/99. Is it worth €230

    Basically no. you could get a second hand Mex Fender for that money. Got a 80s strat for €80 the other day. Well happy. Needed a neck position pickup, new strings and 2 knobs. All of which i had already, and, it's a really nice sort of matte metallic blue with a black scratch plate so it looks kind of interesting. :)
    Dont be payin 230 for a old squier , search out a second hand mex.
